5. Policies & Cancellations

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are free of charge. Within 24 hours, a cancellation fee may apply.

Q: What happens if I am running late?
A: We include a complimentary waiting time (e.g., 1 hour for airport pickups, 30 minutes for other locations). Additional waiting time may incur a small fee.

 

6. Special Requests & Extras

Q: Can I request extras like child seats?
A: Yes, we provide child seats upon request – please mention this at the time of booking.

Q: Do you provide refreshments in the vehicle?
A: Yes, all our vehicles come with complimentary bottled water and Border Biscuits. Additional amenities can be arranged upon request.
